At Le Pondy Beach Resort, Pondicherry, we understand that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. To cancel a validated accommodation reservation, a formal written request must be routed to our central desk. Our baseline deduction matrices operate under the following strict time boundaries:

2. High-Occupancy Blackout Seasons
Please note that standard flexible refund models stand completely suspended during premium peak-occupancy calendars. Reservations filed for standard high cycles—including public holiday periods, Christmas lines, New Year blocks, and signature long weekends—are explicitly non-refundable and non-transferable. Early departures or no-shows attract full structural retention charges for the entire duration of the booked inventory block.
3. Processing & Credit Manifestation Timelines
Once a valid cancellation file is audited and cleared by our corporate accounting department, refunds are processed directly back to the original source banking channel (Credit Card, Net Banking, or corporate UPI terminal). Due to standard banking network clearances, please allow an operational window of 7 to 10 business days for the credit transaction entry to explicitly manifest in your statement archives.
4. Force Majeure Overrides
In exceptional circumstances where travel access parameters are rendered fully impossible by verified natural crises, extreme coastal storm alerts local to Puducherry, or statutory state lockdown directives, resort management will provide alternative date-alteration vouchers of matching valuation blocks to secure your investment coordinates seamlessly.
